Welcome to the club 👋 Tempe Social Club is a single-story 1969 ranch with five bedrooms and two baths. Everyone stays on one floor, nobody gets stuck upstairs. 🛏️ THE SUITES • Suite 1: King bed, private bath, doors straight into the Arizona Room • Suite 2: Queen • Suite 3: Queen • Suite 4: Bunk room with a full over queen bunk (the kids will claim it first) • Suite 5: Queen • Suites 2 through 5 share the hall bath 🛋️ THE MAIN HOUSE • Living room where everyone lands after a pool day • Dining table that seats the whole group at once • Full-size kitchen, so plan on cooking together at least one night 🏓 THE ARIZONA ROOM • Covered, shaded, and the heart of the house • Home to the custom four-player circular ping-pong table • Two people is a game. 🏡 THE HOUSE • Built in 1969 and full of character. Expect a lived-in ranch house, not a new build • Four of the five suites share one hall bath. It works great for families, just plan your mornings • The pool is not heated. (Pool Heater Coming Soon) • No pool fence, so please keep an eye on little ones 🤫 THE NEIGHBORHOOD • Quiet residential street with families and long-time neighbors • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. The backyard and pool close at 10 • No parties or events. Tempe enforces this strictly, and so do we • A noise monitor (sound level only, no recording) helps us keep the peace for you and the neighbors 📋 THE FINE PRINT • Licensed short-term rental with the City of Tempe • Max occupancy is the number on the listing. South Tempe, single-family streets, the kind of neighborhood where kids ride bikes to the park. You're in the middle of the Valley: ASU and Mill Avenue for game days and graduation, Sky Harbor for easy arrivals, and Papago Park and the Salt River trails when the group wants to get outside. Spring training is the bonus. Tempe Diablo Stadium (Angels) is a short drive, with the Cubs, Giants, and A's parks all within reach. Grocery stores and coffee are minutes away, so nobody has to leave the pool for long.

This is a driving neighborhood. Plan on cars. Parking for six: two in the garage, two in the driveway, two on the street in front of the house. Sky Harbor is an easy rideshare, and the freeways put Scottsdale, Mesa, and downtown Phoenix within reach for spring training and day trips. Valley Metro buses run nearby and the light rail picks up in downtown Tempe by ASU, but for a group this size, rideshare or your own cars will be the practical choice. Not walkable to Mill Avenue.
